We use specialised inspection equipment and a digital endoscopic camera to examine hard-to-reach areas within the air conditioning system. After the inspection, customers will receive a detailed inspection report outlining areas where mould may be present, supported by visual evidence and recommended treatment solutions.

This report helps customers clearly understand the condition of their air conditioning system and the necessary steps to effectively address mould contamination.

Air Conditioner Cleaning

After completing the inspection stage, Initial’s technicians will carry out a deep cleaning and mould remediation process for your air conditioning system. This includes cleaning key components such as filters, the evaporator unit, coils and the drainage system, where dust and mould commonly accumulate.
