myinitial wins New Zealand business innovation award
On Wednesday 9th of May, the NZBSC CleanSweep Annual Awards were held in Auckland, New Zealand.
This event is touted as the Oscars of the cleaning industry and brings together cleaning companies from all across New Zealand to celebrate the industry and recognise success.
Rentokil Initial NZ works very closely with the cleaning industry and has a number of strategic alliances due to the evolving nature of "bundled contracts". To confirm our support for the industry Rentokil Initial sponsored the event and also nominated myInitial for the Business Innovation Award.
After a submission to the panel of judges and then an interview, we were advised we were finalists and then announced as the winner on the night. The judge commented, “This product goes beyond a value-added product, it clearly demonstrates innovation on the basis of strong research and development that is relevant for the NZ market; they are providing a partnered solution for both clients and service contractors that clearly improves overall standards."
This was a fantastic award to win in a key forum for the New Zealand business.
