How does myInitial work?

The myInitial portal is a free online tool and your local Initial administration team can register you with an account to access your contract. Following a service completion, an Initial service representative captures your signature on their mobile device. Information is uploaded and stored on servers, replacing traditional paper records with data made available on the myInitial portal.

Will my data be safe on myInitial?

Yes. All data is collected and stored on Rentokil Initial servers, with TLS encryption and data backups. All user accounts are protected with secure passwords.
